Doctrine

The Bible - We believe the scriptures to be the inspired Word of God, infallible and without error, equipping believers to live a life of faith and conduct which is pleasing to God
2 Timothy 3:16, 17
2 Peter 1:21

The Godhead - We believe in one Holy and eternal God who exists in three persons: The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit
Deuteronomy 6:4
Matthew 28:19

The Person of Jesus Christ - We believe the Lord Jesus Christ came into the world and was born of the Virgin Mary.  While coming into the world and becoming a man he did not lose his divine nature.  He was fully God and fully man and lived a perfect, sinless life.
Luke 1:30-35
Hebrews 4:5

The Work of Jesus Christ - We believe the Lord Jesus came into the world to seek and save the lost and to show us what God is like.  We believe that his death on the cross and his subsequent resurrection is the atoning sacrifice for a lost and sinful world and that salvation is found in Christ alone.
Hebrews 10:5-14

The Holy Spirit - We believe the Holy Spirit, the third person of the trinity, dwells in all believers and enables us to live a life of faith which is pleasing to God, empowering followers of Christ to walk in a manner worthy of their calling and to share and show the love of God to a lost and broken world.
Galatians 5:16-25

Salvation Through Grace - We believe that we are forgiven and saved through the grace of God, which is nothing less than the unwarranted and unmerited favor of God.  No good work or deed can ever accomplish this, and we are reliant upon the grace of God which is expressed as a result of his unconditional love.
Ephesians 2:8, 9

The Church - We believe that Jesus Christ is the head of his body, the church.  To that end, we believe that all believers and followers of Jesus are called to unity and to build one another up for the purpose of making the light of Christ and the love of the Father known to the world.
Colossians 1:18
John 17:20, 21
